Electronic C-FORM
Bangladesh Bank, Foreign Exchange Policy Department Foreign Exchange Policy Department vides FE circular no.01 dt: 01.02.2023 instructed all ADs to implement electronic from-C. As instructed by Bangladesh Bank, now onward ADs may receive Form-C through electronic means. In this context, ADs shall have secured electronic communication channels, preferably designated ‘app’ for Form C. It may be mentioned that Form-C used for declaration of Inward Remittance for $20,000.00 and above.
